Mao Feng tea is one of the most famous Chinese green teas and is mainly produced in the area of Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) in Anhui province in China.

Only the first, unbroken tea leaves of the spring crop (in April and May) are used for this special tea. These youngest tea leaves are considered the most tender part of the tea plant and provide the purest and freshest tea taste. The tea is very popular and has very limited availability!
