Recipe: Breakfast cakes with almond flour & banana
This week we came across a delicious and healthy recipe for desserts next to your tea. The delicious Breakfast cakes with almond flour and banana. We found this recipe on the Instagram pagea @jennifer_michael from Erika. These breakfast cakes are also delicious as a dessert with a scoop of ice cream.
This is the recipe for Breakfast Cakes with Almond Flour and Banana:
The ingredients for about 8 pieces:
- 1 banana
- 50 grams of almond flour
- 50 ml almond milk no sugarr)
- 2 dates
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- several blackberries
- coconut flakes
- almond flakes
- 1 teaspoon of honey🍯
- 1 egg
Mix the banana, egg and almond milk with a mixer.
Stir in the almond flour, finely chopped dates and honey.
Scoop 1-2 spoons of the mixture into molds. Garnish with a blackberry, almond flakes and coconut flakes.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It's that simple !!
