Fennel is a common herb which has already been used as an ingredient in cooking since ancient times. The seeds have a pleasantly sweet taste and can therefore be found in various of our loose tea blends. Pure fennel tea is also recommended!

TASTE
Fennel tea has a naturally sweet taste, it tastes a bit like liquorice, but with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
