Dried spearmint leaves. Spearmint is one of the many types of mint. It became popular because of the oil in its leaves, which is used in large quantities in the production of chewing gum. Spearmint is also the typical type of mint for making Moroccan mint tea.
The dried spearmint leaves are delicious to add to black and green tea. You can also use it just to make a nice fresh cup of mint tea.
What is the difference between peppermint and spearmint? Peppermint or spearmint, whichever mint you choose, you will enjoy a wonderfully refreshing and cooling taste. Spearmint has a slightly lighter and sweeter taste whilst peppermint has a cooler and sharper flavor. Check our pepermint here.
