Semi-fermented Ti Kuan Yin tea. Ti Kuan Yin tea is an absolute classic among Chinese teas. This oolong tea is characterized by its firm, curled leaves that unfold in boiling water into green-brown, serrated leaves.

The scent of this tea is often described as a floral orchid scent.

Full, balanced and light floral taste with a sweet, long-lasting finish and velvety texture.
GOOD TO KNOW
Unlike many white or green Chinese teas, which peak production in the spring, Ti Kuan Yin Oolong is usually produced in the fall. Our Ti Kuan Yin comes from Fujian Province and was harvested and produced in October.
PREPARATION METHOD
Before steeping the tea, pour water into the teapot over the leaves. Drain the water immediately afterwards. Let the leaves breathe. You can then let the tea steep according to the brewing advice below. Ti Kuan Yin tea is suitable for multiple infusions.
