Return form

We strive to depict and describe products as faithfully as possible. Is the product not quite satisfactory? Then you can return the product free of charge within 14 days after you receive it, with the exception of tea and tea boxes. Tea is a food product and therefore cannot be returned after purchased. Not sure whether you will like the tea or not? Order a test bag first.

Other products can be returned free of charge from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands as follows:

Notify us of your return within 14 days after your receive your order. You can do this via your account or via this return form .
We will send you a return label as soon as possible (no later than 2 working days).
Print the return label.
Put the products you want to return back in the original packaging. Pack the product in the shipping box that you received the product in or another sturdy box.

After you have submitted the form successfully, you will see a green confirmation message on top of the page. Once we have received your return, we will confirm this to you and process the refund within 14 days.
